We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean, and the facilities were excellent. If we had any questions, we were able to contact them easily, and the team was very helpful. Thank you!

unfortunately a previous guest left a stain on the carpet and I'm being blamed for it. costing an extra $50 on an already expensive stay. we followed the rules, did everything we could to be polite, communicative guests, and yet I'm being blamed for another guest's mess. take photos of everything as soon as you arrive. it's the only way you protect yourself. support is not helpful unless you have this documentation. even if you've never left a mess in your entire history of Airbnb. I'm done with the platform at this point.

Très bien situé. tout était propre et la cuisine très bien équipée. Il ne manquait qu'un grille pain, mais c'est un détail.

Le logement était parfait pour une nuit pour ma famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants dont un bébé. Le lit bébé était une bonne surprise. Nous avons eu qq soucis avec l’alarme mais l’hôte a répondu à mes questions rapidement.

Good stay in the heart of Toronto!

le logement était bien situé et très sécuritaire. les hôtes étaient réactives aux communications. mais l'appartement a besoin d'une bonne mise-à-jour. il y avait des tâches partout sur les murs. de la poussière sur les moulures et les meubles. de la moisissure autour du bain et sur le rideau de douche. le lave-vaisselle n'était pas fonctionnel. les chaises et divans étaient tachés. il manquait de commodités, par exemple il y avait un dossard de cuisinier mais pas de linge à vaisselle. une cafetière mais pas de café. pas de draps dans le lit seulement une couette... lieu à mettre à jour.

Kelly’s place was great. Location is amazing with lots to do/see while also being close to downtown Toronto. Kelly was very proactive at resolving issues we had during our stay. The perfect spot for a weekend in Toronto. I would book again!

Airbnb says 3 stars is “ok,” 4 is “good.” This stay was ok, but 3 stars seemed harsh so 4 it is. This stay is bare bones and fairly affordable and I’m tempted to say it’s a get-what-you-pay-for situation. The details were not good. Very scuffed, marked, dirty walls, filthy folding chairs in the unit for some reason, oven very dirty, dirt in corners and under appliances etc. Couldn’t find linens so found and opened a package of fresh ones, then later found them stuffed in the dryer so they hadn’t been prepared for us. There wasn’t any hand soap or paper towels, which we asked the host for and was delivered immediately. Far too much communication from the host, duplicate automated messages, just get rid of that AI chat bot that wasn’t helpful at all. I believe they’d have provided anything we asked, but it wasn’t like we were going to ask them to come disturb our stay to scrub the walls and do the deep cleaning that wasn’t done. This was a great location to just crash, but no more.

Almost a 5-star apartment. Main attractions: Location, location, and view. The pictures don’t lie: This is a basic apartment that will suit two people wanting to explore downtown Toronto. We were a couple staying for five nights. Located on the northern side of the building, it is very quiet. We never heard my noise from neighbours. The only little drawback for us was the bed and the couch which were to soft for us.

Great location & views. Kelly & her team were extremely responsive & friendly when needed. Hope to return!

This Airbnb is in a great spot! We could walk to everything, and the metro was close. The host was also kind enough to let us check in early.

Great stay! Great hosts! Super responsive. Kelly and Cathy were GREAT. Super close to everything, the space was super clean and comfy. The balcony had a great view and the lighting was phenomenal. Perfect stay for a quick trip or even long term. Will definitely stay again next time in DT Toronto! 😊❤️

Very nice modern 21th floor unit with great views and a balcony. Equipped with full kitchen and appliances with complimentary coffee, tea etc. Also a washer dryer! — although we didn't use it. TV with limited station and youtube. Excellent location near everything, restaurants, clubs and the vibrant downtown Toronto social scene. Includes a one bedroom with a double bed and also a roll-out bed stored in the close, which we placed in the entryway and was very comfortable. The key and FOB pickup was a little cumbersome, as we to go to a convenience store to get it and had to wait to the last minute. Check in was at 4, which is a little later than I'm used to. All-in-all, I would definitely visit this unit if I'm back in Toronto!

Amazing place

The condo is like brand new. Everything is white and spotless. The location is absolutely perfect as it's within easy walking distance to the bars, restaurants, shopping and subway/transit. We had a great time and will stay here again for sure!

Not only was the unit nested in downtown, near public transportation and had shops left and right, the place felt like home! It was easy to get to, and communication was so smooth. When we had a concern, they would respond almost immediately. Instructions were also very clear in terms of checking in and out. Restaurants, fast food places, cafes, and grocery stores nearby! - A & X

Excellent host overall. I had a last minute booking and they accommodated me immediately and even offered to meet after 1am to get keys if needed. A+ location - easy to walk to everything. Nice building. Everything is very new and we enjoyed use of the pool, spa and sauna. The unit itself is pretty barebones. I would have loved for a better mattress - this one was extremely soft / memory foam bed in a box type and a low end one at that. The bed frame also seemed pretty lightweight. With some simple improvements and forethought the property could be fantastic. For example, we bought (and left) a wine corkscrew. There were no steak knives, etc. No coffeepot. From other reviews we probably could have requested these items but ideally you don’t have to. There was a new set of cookware.

from the very first moment until my checkout this accommodation is absolutely everything you could wish for! An absolute seamless check in to a worry-free checkout, I wish every host could be as hospitable as ‘Mogi Stays’. The place was clean and clutter free, smelt like home & felt like home as well. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Downtown Toronto core, close to absolutely everything you could possibly want from the city.

Great unit and location. I would stay here again. I would recommend having a small table for working on laptop and a simple coffee machine with a couple of pods to get us started otherwise it was a great stay

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was super clean, bright, and just like the photos. The location was incredibly convenient right in the heart of Toronto and close to everything. What really stood out was the thoughtful welcome basket such a nice touch that made me feel right at home. Check-in was smooth, and the host was really quick to respond to any questions. Amazing place, lots to do in the space provided, most things are within walking distance like eaton centre and TTC, Kelly was very sweet, even offered recorded directions to receive keys which was a great detail. She responded very quickly, and she had answered all our questions thoroughly, thank you Kelly!!!

Super endroit et super appartement. Il convient parfaitement à un couple ou une personne qui visite Toronto. Seul bémols qui est important, lors de notre passage en juin 2025, l’appartement n’était pas très propre. En effet, trace de calcaire, poussières, cheveux etc. Je recommande de revoir ce point et l’appartement sera parfait. 🙂

First of all, this was a gorgeous spot with a stunning view overlooking downtown Toronto. Kelly provided clear directions and even included a helpful video, just in case we needed it. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the Eaton Centre and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Kelly was a wonderful host, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to stay again! Thank you, Kelly, for sharing your beautiful place with us—we had a fantastic time!

Merci à Kelly pour ce séjour à Toronto, l’appartement était idéalement situé ( notamment la station de métro Wellesley). Il n’a pas été du tout difficile de récupérer les clefs et d’accéder à l’appartement. Celui-ci était lumineux , assez propre mais j’émets un petit bémol sur ce point ( poussière , morceaux de nourriture par terre et dans le frigo ), cheveux dans la salle de bain. À part ça niquel , la résidence était top et calme , je recommande !

It was very easy to pick up the key and fob The security in the building is very tight. We had no problems at all We particularly liked our proximity to Church street and the restaurants there Thanks

All in all a good stay. Everything required was on the doorstep like shops and a huge variety of restaurants. Fantastic, safe area. The apartment itself was very comfortable (bed and shower fab) but not well equipped. There was nothing really to cook with and few kitchen utensils. However it is a new venture and Kelly very helpful saying she would get pans etc to us as required. but there was also nothing there in the way of basics like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea so it seemed pointless to spend for new everything and just have to leave it. A welcome pack would be useful. So perhaps in future this will be a 5* Airbnb but at the moment needs a bit more thought.

Great stay, ideally located for seeing the sights of Toronto and close to restaurants and eateries. The apartment was very close to a subway which made it easy to access public transport. Very good value for money. Our only slight criticism would be the kitchen could be better stocked and more towels provided and better bedding for the pull out bed. The host very quickly provided some glasses and crockery when asked , so very efficient and responsive. Would also say the apartment is probably better suited for 3-4 people rather than 5 as advertised. There is double bed, pull out bed for one and a sofa bed but the sofa bed looks quite small- not sure two would fit ( in fairness we didn’t use it but it looked small) Overall would definitely recommend the apartment- great price, ideally located for sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean. The host helpful and responsive.

We had a very good stay at Kelly's place. the location is very convenient. It also helped that there was a nearby dogpark. The condo was clean and Kelly was always just a text away.
